My favorite thing about being a woman over 40 is not having to worry about keeping up with the latest fashions and hairstyles. As long as I stay conservative and classy, I’ll be fine! Being over 40 means you can be who you want to be, say what you want, hang out with whom you want to, and not worry about what everyone else thinks!
I am living my most extraordinary life right now by feeling really blessed to have lived such a full life. I finished my bucket list in 2019 (everyone says I should start a new one!). I have no regrets and would not have done anything differently. I have retired in a place I used to come to for vacation. I will have protected and left behind extraordinarily beautiful special areas around the country, and some great entertainment facilities (e.g., State Farm Stadium and MLB spring training stadiums). How many people can say they are this lucky?
In the next decade, I aspire to retire. I tried that once before, but now I have three companies! Once that is accomplished, I aspire to spend the rest of my life reading, writing, giving speeches, and traveling to baseball stadiums around the country and beaches around the world.
When I saw my portraits for the first time, I was surprised and ecstatic! I am used to being on the other side of the camera. I have had a few nice photos taken in the past, but these captured a look of joy and enthusiasm I had not revealed in a long time. They helped inspire me to design a new flyer and website that have garnered many compliments.
